1) Design your pond with the estimated costs.

2) Fill out the application available at www.mawpt.org

3) After approval, build your pond

4) When complete, submit actual costs to the MAWPT

5) You will receive a tax credit on your Arkansas Tax Return for 100% of the cost which you can rollover for up to 10 years.

6) You will have received a Free Frog Pond!
